South Seas began as a boutique Airbnb management service in Kommetjie and has grown into a trusted, multi-division property company supporting homeowners, guests, and residents across Cape Town. Built on clarity, calm service, and attention to detail, we now deliver a full ecosystem of services — management, edits, projects, and curated stays.

Founder & Business Manager
Christina brings a blend of marketing expertise, hospitality experience, and coastal living passion. Originally from San Diego, she studied Marketing & Communications before immigrating to South Africa in 2008. After running successful digital brands, she shifted into real estate and later discovered her passion for hosting. Christina built South Seas from the ground up — expanding from Airbnb management into a multi-division property company. She lives in Kommetjie with her husband and three sons, embracing coastal life and creating beautiful guest-ready homes.

From high-end resorts to boutique guesthouses, she has managed teams, guest relations, and full hospitality operations. She ensures every home meets the highest standards of comfort and service.

Alyssa is the powerhouse behind South Seas’ daily operations — managing the movement of linens, consumables, keys, cleaners, and logistics across all divisions. With a lifelong sporting background, she brings discipline, speed, and teamwork to every task. She also supports Christina in an au pair capacity. Energetic, efficient, and highly organised, Alyssa keeps properties and schedules running smoothly.
